High-Temperature Mold Release Wax
Overview
This specialized wax is a high-temperature-resistant release and polishing compound formulated with premium wax esters and oils. It forms a complete, dry coating film (10-15 μm thick) on mold surfaces, ensuring high dimensional accuracy of finished products with minimal adhesion.
The wax delivers exceptional polishing performance, enhancing the mold's mirror-like finish and producing smooth, high-gloss surfaces. Its efficient release properties make it an ideal solution for the composites industry.

Suitable for mold release, polishing, and maintenance in composite manufacturing, including:

1. Mold Preparation
- New Molds:
- Polish with 2000-grit sandpaper and cleaner to ensure a smooth, residue-free surface.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely.
- Used Molds:
- Clean with a lint-free cloth to remove contaminants.
- Apply evenly in a circular motion using a sponge.
- Allow to dry for 5-10 minutes, then buff with a soft fiber cloth (or pure cotton) until a high gloss is achieved.
- New molds: Apply 3+ layers, waiting at least 1 hour after the final polish before use.
- Used molds: Single application is sufficient.
- Store in a cool, dry place (avoid direct sunlight).
- Keep away from open flames and children.
- Tightly seal after use.
- Shelf life: 24 months.
